Brightly-Colored Fentanyl Used to Target Young Americans
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) recently alerted the public to an alarming trend of colorful fentanyl across the country. This “rainbow fentanyl” is a new method used by drug cartels to sell fentanyl made to look like candy to children and young people. The brightly colored drug is being sold in pill, powder, and block form resembling sidewalk chalk. The DEA has deemed the phenomenon a deliberate effort by drug traffickers to drive addiction amongst kids and young adults. Learn more.
